The partypoker US Network, which includes Borgata Poker NJ and BetMGM Poker NJ, is bringing back its popular Online Series for a run during the second half of October.
The eight-day tournament begins Sunday, October 17 and runs until the following Sunday, October 24. The network is running similar series in Michigan and Pennsylvania, but those series start the following week and conclude on October 31.
In New Jersey, the tournament will include nine events, all but two of which have buy-ins of $100 or $200. The exceptions are the two events on the last day of the series, which have buy-ins of $18 and $250, the latter for the main event.
The tournament kicks off with at 5 pm ET on October 17 with an 8-max Sunday Special No Limit Hold’em (NLH) event with a $200 buy-in and $40,000 guaranteed by the network. The total entry cost is $215 after adding a $15 fee.
Over the next two days, the series will have two more 8-max NLH events. On October 18, the network will have $10,000 in guaranteed prize money up for grabs with a $100 buy-in. There will be $20,000 in prizes available on October 19 for a $200 buy-in.
Fans of pot-limit Omaha (PLO) will enjoy the fourth event of the series on October 20. This will be a high 6-max PLO event with a $100 buy-in and $10,000 guaranteed by the operator.
A deep stack 8-max NLH event follows on October 21, with a $100 buy-in and $10,000 guaranteed. Another 8-max NLH event with a $200 buy-in and $20,000 guaranteed, identical to the third event of the series, comes next on October 22.
The Online Series will have a 6-max “turbo” NLH event on October 23, with $10,000 up for grabs on a $100 buy-in.
The series concludes with a pair of events on October 24, which will both be run simultaneously at 5 pm ET. The first is an 8-max “mini” NLH event with the aforementioned $18 buy-in, with players competing for $5,000 guaranteed.
The second event of the day is the series’ main event, an 8-max progressive knockout (PKO) event with $50,000 in prize money. The event has a $250 buy-in, $35 in fees and a $250 bounty, for a total entry price of $535.
