White Hat Gaming has taken an exclusive role in powering Vegas Club Casino, G2 Digital’s first iGaming brand, in New Jersey. The real-money online casino went live on 22 July and operates under a market access partnership with Caesars Entertainment, with licensing from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

The launch is the latest step for G2 Digital, which was established by industry veterans Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander. Carlin is the co-founder and chief executive of Rush Street Gaming and Rush Street Interactive, while Alexander most recently helped build and launch PlayStar in New Jersey.

According to a company release carried by Insider NJ, Vegas Club Casino is meant to blend the feel of classic Las Vegas with the structure of a regulated online casino. Carlin said the brand is designed around authentic excitement, player protections and the feeling that every customer is a VIP.

White Hat’s platform is doing the technical work behind the scenes. iGamingFuture said G2 Digital is deploying White Hat Gaming’s player account management, or PAM, platform, including CRM tools, cashier technology, remote gaming server integrations and the supplier’s Travelling Wallet feature.

That Travelling Wallet is intended to support player accounts across multiple US jurisdictions where permitted. White Hat’s chief executive, Phil Gelvan, said Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander are highly respected in the industry, and said White Hat was proud they chose its PAM solution to support G2 Digital’s expansion.

Carlin said White Hat’s system stood out after a review of all approved platforms in the US market, because of both its technology and the leadership behind it. White Hat also said it was focused on delivering a highly optimised product so G2 Digital could offer a seamless, high-performance gaming environment.

The launch arrives during a strong period for New Jersey online casino gaming. In June, the state’s iGaming market generated $271 million in gross gaming revenue, up 17.5% from a year earlier, and first-half revenue topped $1.59 billion, up 15.0% from the same period in 2025.

Insider NJ said Vegas Club Casino was one of three new online casino brands to debut in New Jersey in June, matching the number of new launches in the previous four-and-a-half years combined. The site is available to players aged 21 and over who are physically located in New Jersey, through an iOS and Android app or at NJ.PlayVegasClub.com.

White Hat said G2 Digital is also planning additional North American launches in Alberta, Ontario and Pennsylvania, subject to regulatory approvals.
