Hacksaw Gaming, a Malta-based igaming software developer, made its debut in New Jersey on January 18, after the company received regulatory approval to operate in the state in November last year.
According to a press release issued earlier this week, the launch was made possible through a collaboration with BetRivers Casino, owned and operated by Rush Street Interactive, one of the biggest gaming companies in the United States.
This launch marks Hacksaw Gaming’s fourth in the Americas, following successful launches in West Virginia, Mexico, and Ontario, and the second regulated igaming market within the US that Hacksaw Gaming video slots will be available in.
Speaking about the NJ online casino launch, company CEO Marcus Cordes said: “We are delighted to announce another successful launch with Rush Street Interactive. Securing New Jersey, a highly significant jurisdiction and pioneer on the American iGaming front, should add to the already proved insightful and triumphant venture.”
Exciting Portfolio of Mobile-First Casino Games
Since its launch in 2018, Hacksaw Gaming has focused on the development of modern, mobile-first casino games for delivery in regulated igaming markets across the world.
With the company’s titles now added to BetRivers Casino portfolio, players can look forward to enjoying some of the most popular casino games made by the studio, including the likes of 2 Wild 2 Die, Mayan Stackways, Undead Fortune, and Buffalo Stack’n’Sync.
As is usually the case with new developers, Hacksaw Gaming titles will be released in batches, giving the players a chance to try new titles over time and pick their favorite games after giving each one at least a few spins.
Over time, the company’s 60+ slot games, along with instant win games and scratchcards will be added to BetRivers Casino NJ portfolio, while new releases by Hacksaw Gaming will likely be added to the platform soon after being released.
Hacksaw Continues Successful Partnership with RSI
Hacksaw Gaming has been making great strides since its launch in 2018, already entering a number of highly lucrative and competitive igaming markets.
In August last year, the developer made its debut in the US, launching its games in West Virginia, also in partnership with Rush Street Interactive and its BetRivers Casino brand.
With the New Jersey launch now completed, and the company already fully operational in Ontario and Mexico, further expansion in North America is expected in the coming months, with a number of other states still available for the operator to potentially enter, including Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Company’s CEO Marcus Cordes wrote in a recent press release: “Hacksaw is unstoppable in its ventures. With great ambition for continued expansion in the US, and a portfolio of games that can certainly add value to any operator out there, it is only a matter of time before Hacksaw Gaming titles are offered in further jurisdictions across the US.
