DraftKings recorded two New Jersey online-casino jackpots above $3 million in August, led by a $3.9 million payout on Huff N’ Even More Puff on Aug. 22. The earlier win, worth about $3.65 million, came on Coin Connect on Aug. 11.
The later prize was roughly $256,000 larger, making it DraftKings’ biggest listed jackpot in the year-to-date data reviewed by Bonus.com. The operator had also recorded prizes of about $2.48 million on April 8 and $2.28 million on March 5.
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement’s latest “Atlantic City Jackpots Greater than $40,000” publication counted 4,070 qualifying jackpots worth a combined $388.4 million through Sept. 29. It listed 29 payouts of at least $1 million.
Those figures are higher than the 3,692 jackpots worth about $355.1 million and 27 million-dollar-plus prizes in the earlier data set. The regulator’s publication covers jackpot awards above $40,000 from Atlantic City casinos and online platforms.
DraftKings and Hard Rock Bet Casino accounted for most of the million-dollar jackpots in the earlier report. Hard Rock Bet’s Rose M. won nearly $2.95 million playing Long Xing Da Da on Aug. 14, a separate payout that followed the operator’s $2.1 million record jackpot on July 4.
The two DraftKings August wins came during a month in which New Jersey online casino revenue rose 4.4% from a year earlier to $259.3 million, as covered in our September report, although that total was below July’s record monthly result.
