Fanatics Casino has launched Fanatics ONE Casino Rewards for eligible customers in New Jersey, adding seven reward levels that offer increasingly valuable benefits as players progress. Announced on Sept. 15, the programme is live for select users through the Fanatics Sports and Casino app.
The rewards include FanCash multipliers on featured casino games, larger casino-credit offers at higher levels, Mystery Drops across all levels and weekly Bet & Get FanCash promotions. Upper levels also provide entry to exclusive weekly sweepstakes. Fanatics’ launch announcement described the scheme as a seven-level programme designed to reward players more as they play.
Participation is restricted to customers aged 21 or older who have an active account in good standing and are not on a relevant state or Fanatics exclusion list. The FanCash terms, effective Sept. 4, also allow FBG to change or terminate the programme.
In New Jersey, eligible settled cash wagers earn FanCash based on the game and stake. Slots have a standard earn rate of 0.25% of amounts wagered, most table games 0.20%, and blackjack, craps, baccarat and video poker 0.05%. Multiplier offers can raise the rate for featured games. FanCash earned through multipliers does not count toward Fanatics ONE Tier Points.
Wagers made with free spins, casino credit, FanCash or other promotional funds do not earn FanCash. Neither do cancelled, voided or early-cashed-out wagers.
FanCash can be redeemed for casino credit, Fanatics Sportsbook bonus bets or eligible merchandise, with redemption value depending on the option selected. At Fanatics Casino NJ, $10 in FanCash converts to $5 in casino credit. That credit is used before deposited funds, must be wagered once and expires seven days after it is added; any winnings enter the customer’s cash balance.
The sportsbook alternative converts FanCash dollar for dollar, so $10 provides $10 in bonus bets. Those bets also expire after seven days, and winnings do not include the original stake. FanCash generally expires 365 days after a customer’s latest qualifying earning activity, while promotional FanCash may expire sooner. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person.
Customers opening a Fanatics Casino account on or after June 17 are automatically enrolled in the FanCash Jackpots promotion. While enrolled, FanCash from eligible casino wagers goes to the jackpot pool rather than the customer’s available balance. Customers may opt out through the app’s home page, but amounts already contributed remain in the pool.
Fanatics launched its all-in-one Fanatics Sports & Casino app on Sept. 2. The company said the app combines sportsbook, casino and markets services under one account and one FanCash balance, integrated with its Fanatics ONE loyalty programme.
