PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel went live in Ontario on June 4, 2026, extending a shared-liquidity poker network that was already connected across Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. FanDuel said the move broadened the platform’s reach into Canada’s regulated market.
The expansion followed an April 2026 launch of PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel across Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. According to FanDuel, the April rollout brought together the two companies to establish one of the largest regulated online poker networks in North America.
FanDuel described PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel as its first poker offering, designed to connect sportsbook, casino and poker under a single wallet. That setup lets customers move between FanDuel products while accessing a broader shared player pool.
By connecting players across Michigan, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, FanDuel and PokerStars built a shared network rather than limiting games to individual state player pools. Pokerfuse reported that Pennsylvania was part of the shared player pool network.
FanDuel also said PokerStars exclusively on FanDuel had dealt more than 28 million poker hands in the nine weeks since the April launch. As of April 2026, PokerNews reported that PokerStars fully migrated its US operations to the FanDuel ecosystem, including a unified shared player pool across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Michigan.
Separate coverage also linked the technology behind the offering to Playtech, with Gamblingnews reporting that Playtech launched its online poker network in North America through FanDuel and that the poker offering was available exclusively on FanDuel across Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ontario.
For the April launch, PR Newswire reported that the platform introduced shared liquidity and expanded gameplay across the three states, and it quoted PokerStars General Manager Aaron Dugan saying the partnership would deliver “bigger games, larger prize pools and a more dynamic experience.” PR Newswire also said the launch included a guaranteed $500,000 “Sunday Million” tournament amount and a guaranteed $150,000 “No Sweat” series amount.
Ontario’s rollout began on June 4, 2026.
