G2 Digital launched Vegas Club Casino in New Jersey on 22 July, bringing a real-money online casino into the state’s regulated market through a market-access partnership with Caesars Entertainment. The company says the site is fully licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, and is open to adults 21 and older who are physically located in the state.
The release said players can access the casino through an app for iOS and Android or by visiting NJ.PlayVegasClub.com. It also said the platform offers hundreds of slot titles, classic table games, and player rewards and promotions, with promotional terms and conditions applying. The release included a responsible gambling message directing readers to 1-800-GAMBLER.
According to the company, the launch comes during an unusually active period for New Jersey’s online casino sector. It said Vegas Club Casino was one of three new online casino brands to debut in the state in June, a pace it described as matching the number of new launches in the previous four and a half years combined.
The state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement reported that internet gaming win for June was $271.0 million, up 17.5% from a year earlier. It said first-half internet gaming win reached $1.59 billion, up 15.0% from the same period in 2025.
G2 Digital described New Jersey as one of the nation’s largest and most competitive regulated gaming markets. It also said the company’s founders, Greg Carlin and Dan Alexander, built the brand around long-term player relationships, transparent promotions and fewer restrictive bonus conditions than are common across the industry.
Carlin, the co-founder and chief executive, said the goal was to deliver “authentic excitement” and “real player protections” while combining “the timeless appeal of classic Las Vegas” with the security of a regulated online casino. G2 Digital said this is Carlin’s first online casino launch since leaving Rush Street Interactive and Rush Street Gaming, which he co-founded and led as chief executive.
The company said Carlin now owns and manages Granite State Gaming & Hospitality and develops Beach Club Casino and Lilac Club Casino in New Hampshire. It said Alexander helped launch PlayStar in New Jersey, where he helped grow it into one of the state’s top ten online casino operators, and brings nearly 15 years of experience in regulated online gaming markets.
G2 Digital said its founders plan additional launches in Alberta, Ontario and Pennsylvania, subject to regulatory approvals.
