International iGaming operator Tipico has launched its first US online casino product in New Jersey.
The launch of the Tipico online casino platform in the Garden State follows regulatory approval by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE). Tipico successfully launched sports betting products in New Jersey and Colorado in 2020.
The online casino launched on the proprietary casino platform developed by Tipico USA Technology, which also developed the earlier deployed sports betting platform. Users who have already created accounts with Tipico Sportsbook will be able to seamlessly transition to online casino play, with the product available for desktop, Android and iOS users.
“After many months of investment and hard work by our growing team of developers, we are excited to announce today that the Tipico online casino is now live in New Jersey,” said Tipico US CEO Adrian Vella.
“With a growing number of US states open or regulating legal online casino activity–driving an average of $100 million in gross gaming revenue each month per state–this addition to our suite of products will be a key driver of growth for Tipico in North America in 2022.”
The Tipico online casino platform will feature a full range of common functions, including a range of payment methods, valuable bonuses and more.
The platform launched with several dozen games, including popular titles like Monopoly and 88 Fortunes, but is expected to add hundreds of casino games over time, including titles from popular studios like NetEnt, Everi, Inspired Gaming and others.
“With a portfolio of classic and popular games, the Tipico iGaming platform is a natural complement to our sportsbook,” Vella said.
“We are confident that this seamless, multi-state single-sign-on expansion of our product suite will advance our ability to acquire high quality players in New Jersey and beyond, and retain them for the long-term as we roll out frequent new features.”
Further expansion planned
The launch of Tipico Casino in New Jersey came as a result of the operator’s partnership with Ocean Casino Resort, which serves as Tipico’s live casino partner in the state. The operator now hopes to expand to further states with its online casino product in the coming months, pending regulatory approvals as well as local legislation in a number of states.
Tipico will be giving its new customers in the Garden State access to a highly valuable welcome bonus offer for a limited time. Once this promotional period is over, we can expect the casino to offer a number of other high-value promos for its most loyal customers.
Those looking to play or bet on sports with Tipico from other states can look forward to the operator’s planned launch of an Iowa sportsbook in late 2021 and an Indiana sportsbook in early 2022, as well as a number of online casino products in the future.
2021 has been an eventful year for Tipico’s US operations.
The company entered a partnership with Caesars Entertainment in September, launched a Tipico technology hub in Denver in August, and partnered with Gannett to improve its media exposure in July.
